The year has come to an end!
In the last 2 weeks, we have again been jam packed with a range of fun activities. We had a games session with the year 6s who were our Buddies last year. We read books, played games and had a great afternoon and said goodbye, before they head off to high school. We danced and sang up a storm, being little reindeers at the end of year concert. We had our end of the year party and our special party lunch. We made special party crowns and a place mat to have on our desk while we ate. We were so excited when our boxes of sushi, a sandwich, fairy bread and treats were delivered and we ate while listening to fun music.
We have had an excellent time in year 1. We have tried our best, worked hard and made new friends. We have been to CERES, run in the Colour Run, participated in the Mini Ashy Olympics, watched Backflip Against Bullying, built houses in teams with Lego during our Brickworks incursion and ate delicious fruits and vegetables in our Market Fresh incursion amongst other fabulous experiences.
We’ve been so busy and learnt so much, year 1 has been outstanding!
