Year 4 Term 2 Week 10
The Year 4 students have had a fantastic couple of weeks.
Over the last 2 weeks they have…
- completed the novel study on the Tale of Despereaux. 4A, 4B and 4C had so much fun reading and responding to this book.
- compared and contrasted the Tale of Despereaux book to the movie and discussed similarities and differences.
- began to learn about trading when completing addition and subtraction equations using the vertical method.
- published their historical fiction pieces of writing
- presented their artefacts that we interviewed our family members and community about.
- reflected on Term 2 and set goals for Term 3.
We would also like to thank all family members for attending the Term 2 expo and visiting our classrooms.
We hope that everyone has a safe and happy holidays and we look forward to seeing everyone back for Term 3.
